Xactimate™ X1 software is used to prepare all of the sketches and estimates. APEX provides the client with the flexibility to choose which option best accomodates their needs. These options include:
ESTIMATE PREPARATION
WITH AN INSPECTION:
- Estimate determined from an on-site inspection
- Final product includes a sketch and an estimate of damage (with photos upon request)
Estimate Preparation without an Inspection:
- Estimate determined based on client-provided information (i.e. scope notes, photos, etc.)
- Final product will include a sketch and an estimate of damage
- Invaluable when faced with an influx of work that has been inspected or completed
